Create a Patch Exception Install on VCM Patching

Hey Guys,

I need a help. How is the best way to create a patch installation exception in VCM?

Exemple: I have four Microsoft KB and I need to create a exception to NOT install one of these KB or I need to include one KB that was not appear in my Bulletin list in VCM.

Take a look the attachment. I realize that We have 3 patch status that can be used. How We can use that? What is the best way to accomplish that.
