I have recently installed Operations Manager 5.8.3 and properly registered it to my vCenter server. Since then, I have been unable to add any license keys of any kind in vCenter. The error is always as follows in vCenter:
In /var/log/vmware/vpx/vpxd.log I see the following error:
2014-11-13T13:57:34.156Z [7F708D3C9700 info 'commonvpxLro' opID=4fb3c413] [VpxLR O] -- BEGIN task-internal-2272 -- -- vim.LicenseManager.decodeLicense -- aa4b7a d6-a0af-7077-3943-1aae6d0f2aa9(52e89ca7-f8fb-a0d1-f319-af1d5b62447d)

I've noticed some other similar issues in other threads, but none that refer to an inability to install any licenses, and none that seem to have a definitive solution. If someone can point me in the right direction here for a resolution I would appreciate it!
Thanks.
